Position Overview
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the travel industry? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the Momentum team, working directly with our subsidiary, CruiseHub. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for CruiseHub’s customers, providing timely and effective support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media;
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service;
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the Executive team when necessary;
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies;
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and areas for improvement;
  • Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and observed trends;
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers;
  • Work closely with team members to achieve department goals and maintain high standards of customer service. 

Skills & Requirements

  • University degree an asset;
  • 1+ years in a customer service role;
  • Knowledge of the travel industry an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace;
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in Cairo, Egypt.
